01Purpose of this website

This website provides information about our recruitment and manpower services. It lets job seekers register their profile and apply for listed opportunities, and lets organisations share manpower requirements and send enquiries.

02Eligibility

Job seeker registration and job applications are only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to work in India.

If you submit a manpower requirement on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

03Job seeker registration and job applications

• Candidate registration on this website is free of charge. No registration fee is required.
• Registering or applying does not create an employment relationship with Avadoota or with any employer.
• How we use and share the details you submit, including with prospective employers, is explained in our Privacy Policy and in the consent you give on the form.

04Accuracy of the information you submit

You must give accurate, current and complete information, and submit only your own details or details you are authorised to share. Do not upload documents that contain false information or that belong to someone else.

We may decline or disregard submissions that appear false, incomplete or misused.

05Recruitment process and no guarantee of employment

We review registrations and applications against the requirements we receive. Selection decisions, interviews, job offers and terms of employment are made by the relevant employer, or as set out in the applicable agreement.

Registration on this website does not guarantee employment. We do not guarantee that a registration or application will lead to an interview, a job offer or employment, or that any particular opportunity will be available.

06Employers and manpower requirements

Submitting a manpower requirement through this website is an enquiry. It does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any services we provide to an organisation are governed by a separate agreement between that organisation and Avadoota.

07Job listings and recruitment drives

Job listings and recruitment drives are based on information available to us at the time of posting. Positions may be filled, changed or withdrawn without notice, and details such as salary, location and dates may change. Please confirm details with us before acting on them.

Employers named or described in listings may be kept confidential until a later stage of the process.

08Prohibited use

When using this website, you must not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's information;
• upload files that contain malware or harmful code;
• send spam, automated or bulk submissions, or try to bypass the website's security or rate limits;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its data;
• use the website for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or impersonate anyone;
• copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use without our permission.

09Intellectual property

The website's text, design, logo and the Avadoota Manpower Solution name belong to Avadoota or are used under licence. Some photographs are licensed from third parties. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

10Third-party links

The website contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. These services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
